WHY BUY RICE FROM JAI PUI?

In a busy pub kitchen, rice is another pan, another timer and another component that has to land perfectly. Jasmine rice needs careful preparation, controlled cooking and time to rest if it is going to stay light, fragrant and separate.

Pui prepares it consistently in every batch, ready for service — so your kitchen gets one less thing to think about.
